MY THOUGHTS
The vulnerable being hit again children and families, reading the report, there is a huge shortfall for nursery places, for Westminsters children in need.
There will be more of an out cry, if a child slips through the net, because of these cuts, because some of the places were being used by children, that have been deemed by Social Services , under that category .
Social Workers will have to be more vigilant, and use home visits now, instead of seeing the children within the nursery environment.
Councilor Paul Dimoldberg, Leader of the Councils Labour group, says that their should be more savings from PR and office budgets, this should be put into front line Services.
PERHAPS MR DIMOLDBERG SHOULD USE HIS DUTIES UNDER THE CLAUSE OF CORPORATE PARENT TO TAKE SOME ACTION OVER THE FORMER INSTEAD OF TALKING.
