Children's voices are heard very little within the Family Court arena.

The CAFCASS Children's wishes and feelings pack is very rarely filled in with regards to our Public Law cases.

Recently we have had two Public Law Cases where Children have contacted PAIN Solicitors themselves in their own right under Gillick to be represented themselves by their own choice of Solicitor within these Private Law cases.
