A lot of the problems with regards too children being taken wrongly
into care, is the medical and other evidence given in the family court
arena by the so called expert witnesses, some are not adequately
qualified to make such a diagnosis.
In one of my cases recently, a Pediatrician diagnosed the mother with MSBP without ever seeing the client or children involved.
Without the professionalism of the Childrens Panel Solicitors representing the
parents things could have turned out for the worst, plans were put in
place for 3 siblings to be placed with separate foster carers, ALL IN
THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN.
I want to thank the two teams of Solicitors for keeping this family together, A CASE WELL WON.
