The Judiciary of the United Kingdom have once again highlighted its true INJUSTICE AND CORRUPTION.

FGS, how do they expect Domestic Violence victims to get out of these awful situations and get compensation without Legal Aid being available for these kind of cases?

In this case like many other cases the Perpetrator should of been removed from the home.

But she or he may not of been aware that she could of gone to the Court to get a Non Molestation order and Occupation order.

Instead she has been left to face her abuse.

Possibly because she had nowhere to go, with regards to Legal Aid and these kind of cases, if the Victim owns half the marital home, this money is still added to her income with regards to trying to get Legal Aid, if though she cannot literally get her money for half the house at the present time.
