We have been quite lucky with our private law family court issues.

We have had gillick children  being allowed to see the Judge in chambers to let the judge hear their wishes and feelings before the family court hearings..

Also Guardians should ensure that gillick children fill in the Cafcass wishes and feelings pack in.
