In September 2019 GH came to England and was arrested in England on suspicion of possession of child pornography, stated by the police as images of "very young children.

So if he took a flight from Brazil to an airport in England he would be arrested on account of the child pornography issues.

The young women had been admitted to psychiatric hospitals three times because of the worsening of her schizophrenia and psychotic episodes.

The young woman is 18 now, but although she is 18 the London Borough of Islington applied for Court orders. with the jurisdiction of stopping her from traveling to Brazil, for a period of six months, and for HM Passport office to hold her passport to prevent her flying.

The young woman was 14 when she met him online, and the male, a good few years older than her sent her an engagement ring.

The medical evidence seen in Court suggested that if the woman travelled to Brazil there would be significant harm that her mental state would worsen, and she could be at risk of exploitation and suicide.

The young woman was deemed to have mental capacity, which means she would be able to make unwise decisions.

So she has been given the right to do what she wants, but the Judge stated that he hopes that she will not fly to Brazil.

There is no doubt about it if E got pregnant in Brazil and them came back to the UK, social Services would become involved because of her mental health conditions as in schizophrenia and in psychotic episodes the baby would be deemed to be at risk of what could happen in the future because of the mental health problems.

Although in any future pregnant the Local Authority would have to go through the proper procedures of law, there is evidence that social services would find, because of her mental health conditions being severe a big risk of future psychological abuse that any baby would be possibly taken into care, and forced adoption could be the end result very sadly.
