Children taken by the State on the grounds that they could be psychologically abused in the future, which may not ever happen.

Babies that have been removed into the care of the Local Authority and forcibly adopted on the grounds of Non Accidental Injury, perceived child abuse.

The child taken into hospital and found to have unexplained fractures, eventually found to be suffering from Osteogenesis Imperfecta Brittle bone disease, but an Adoption order has already rubber stamped, so the child could not be returned to the birth Parents.

I have heard so many tragic events with regards to My 37 years as a volunteer Advocate at Parents Against Injustice.

Mothers and Fathers committing suicide after loosing their children to forced adoption, thus the children never ever finding their birth parents in the future, even more trauma for these young adults.

Children dying while in foster care, or after being adopted, horrendous trauma for the birth parents in the future if they hear that their children have died.

One of my former Co Workers at PAIN, lost his then 4 and 6 year old sons to forced adoption.

The Local Authority in his cases admitted they had got it all wrong, and it was to late to put things right because the Adoption Order had already been rubber stamped.

My Co Worker at the time stated that the mourning was worse than loosing his Mum to death, because at least he had a grave to visit.

But his two sons were alive and living somewhere in the vicinity but he did not know where they were.

How I rediscovered my birth family and annulled my adoption

More trauma.

My Friend J and her twin Sister G were adopted at the age of 4 in my local area over 50 years ago.

Both J and G decided that they wanted to find their birth Mother.

They had already heard that their birth Father had died many years ago.

The Adoption team held records, both J and G and Social Workers researched to try and find the birth Mother.

Awful tragic both J and G learned that their birth Mother had died ten years after the Girls had been adopted.

Both Girls were severely traumatised by the awful news, never ever to meet their birth Mother in this life.
