THEY EVEN ENTER THE WRONG PARENTS HOUSE NOW-UNBELIEVABLE

Tonight at approximately 5.30pm two ladies knocked at my door and told me they were from Social Services and was my name ……. (asking Christian name only) I said yes and they asked to come in which I did and led them into the kitchen where myself and daughter were making a cake. I might add at this point that I was quite nervous at having Social Services in my house and know I should of asked for names etc and I probably would have eventually if the following had not unraveled.



One of the Social workers asked that I put my child in a different room so they could talk to me in private. I sent my child in the lounge to watch Television. The Social workers asked me if my Doctors were………………….. and I said no that I did not recognize them and that I had only moved into the property 6 weeks ago and had recently changed my surgery but the Doctor they mentioned was not it and gave them my Doctors details. I asked them what they were doing at my address and should they just turn up at my door? They said they did not have any contact numbers for me?? They then said they had had a referral from the Police regarding an incident on the 9th October regarding a male called ……………….. , by coincidence I had had an incident previous to that which was why I moved, I explained that there had been an incident but not on this date and went on further to explain what had happened to me, I said that it was quite a young youth that had harassed me and they gave me the date of birth of the person named above I said that the person was younger than that, Social services went on to ask me numerous questions my background and I was answering them, this continued for approximately 15 minutes during which they said that they had the referral due to concerns for the welfare of the children, then realization hit me and I said ‘my surname is …………. Is this the person you want to speak to as I don’t think I am the person you need to be talking to’ the Social worker looked at her paperwork and said a name, the Christian name was the same as mine but the surname was different and realization hit, I said you have made a mistake my name is …………., she asked me to confirm how many children I had and I said one, she looked at her paperwork again and said ‘we are looking for a previous resident in this property, this lady …….. ……… now lives at …………………… and said the address in full and that they had clearly made a mistake, I stopped her at that point and said I don’t want to know where the lady lives you shouldn’t be telling me that. With that the Social workers apologized, got up and left.
