Reading this article makes me very sick. God made families. Who is England to tear them apart? Justified? When a far greater percentage of children die in foster care? When there is such a double standard when it comes to safety and treatment? Give me a break! I don't think this is about "Child Protection" . It looks more like money, arrogance, and power to me. . . . .
