The Government denies the true facts of forced adoption in the UK.

Such things just do not exist, the General Public are also very ignorant to the true facts, and the theory of there is no smoke without fire.

Just go to our cases on this site, that portrays the true facts of a system where expert witnesses within the Family Court arena give misleading and conflicting evidence that leads to Parents having their children wrongly taken into care.

Hearsay is taken to be gospel within the Family Court arena, and children are taken away from their parents based on what could happen in the future, yes presumed future psychological abuse, that may never ever happen.

Children are held on section 20 orders, for many months or even years without Social Services ever taking these cases to Court.

A section 20 order us where parents are asked to sign these orders out of duress by Social Workers, and there children are then placed into voluntary care.

In the cases 16 Children were kept on section 20 Orders for many years, one boy from birth to 9 years of age.

Herefordshire County Council, blatantly disregarding Guidelines and acting illegally.

I am unsure in these cases if the Parents had any contact with their children.?

The tragedy of the secret Family Courts of the UK continue to hound parents literally to death.

I have blogged many times about a Man that came to PAIN for assistance.

His wife had died six years previously from cancer.

The Father had chronic medical conditions and had not worked for several years.

He lost his DWP benefits, awaiting tribunal.

He had no money to feed his 11 year old son or himself.

He contacted Social Services for help, instead of Social Services helping financially to keep the Father and son together the child was taken into care and placed with foster carers.

Shockingly the father had lost everything, so he went out and committed suicide.

I am unsure why the man was not signposted to foodbanks.

The child may not even know that his father has died.

Every day the traumas continue to a child protection system that is completely broken and shambolic.
