VICTORY BUT A LONG WAY TO GO

This is a victory for the campaigners, which have been working
tirelessly to highlight the injustice of the family courts and Social
Services System abuse for many years.
Unfortunately there is a long way to go and is a bitter pill to bear at the moment.
A Judge within the Coventry Family court arena has proved to be as
corrupt as the Social Workers that instigated the care proceedings
against a family PAIN have been advising.
The Judge who I would really like to name, was so appalled by the way Social Workers and the
Guardian ad litem`s have performed in this case, that he was going to
publicize his Judgment on the internet, which only usually happens in
high court cases, the former would of identified the family and
professionals involved.
Today we were informed that this will not now be the case, the document will not identify the family and the
malpractice and incompetence of the Social Workers involved, including
one of the expert witness a Paediatrician, who made a diagnosis of
MSBP, without even seeing the Mother or children, this individual is
not even adequately qualified to make such a diagnosis.
The only consolation is the Parents have won their case, with no further involvement with Social Services.
