MY THOUGHTS

What did i say a few days ago, after the publication of the serious case review into the death of a vulnerable small boy in Wolverhampton, after Social Services failed in their duties to protect this child,LESSONS WILL NOT BE LEARNED FROM THIS TRAGEDY, DUE ALSO TO FINANCIAL CUTBACKS PLACED ON LOCAL AUTHORITY’S BY THE GOVERNMENT.

A CARER HAS STATED THERE WILL BE MORE TRAGEDIES.
