She was convicted of Manslaughter and due to to her INCOMPETENCE A Child has died.a Nurse involved in the Case has been struck off by the NMC.

A NOTE AND A REMINDER TO OTHER PROFESSIONALS, TO PRACTICE SAFELY OR FOLLOW AND SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES, THE SAME SHOULD APPLY TO SOCIAL WORKERS AS WELL.with regards to their incompetence which has resulted in Child deaths to LA failure.

It does not matter how many SERIOUS CASE REVIEWS AT THE TAXPAYERS EXPENSE, Lessons are never learned.
