Dr Wayney Squier talks about her past work within the Family Court Arena, giving expert evidence about cases of alleged shaken Baby syndrome, and her theories that there are many Parents out there who may have been wrongly convicted and given a Prison sentence for wrongly being accused of child abuse when they are in fact not guilty at all.

The Police and LA all gathered together and got Waney struck off by the GMC.

She was later reinstated but it not allowed to give evidence within the Family Court Arena for at least 3 years.

Similar issues have happened to Dr Marta Cohen as well,who as also testified within the Family Court regarding the defense of ,shaken Baby syndrome, where Parents are deemed to be guilty, when in fact they could be totally innocent, and suffer a huge miscarriage of Justice.

Dr Colin Paterson was once the thorn in the side of every LA in the UK, where Parents had been accused of injuring their Children where they had been accused of fracturing their own Child's legs and arms.

Spiral fractures with no trauma can be a sign of OI, brittle bone disease, with other factors like blue sclera to the whites of a Child's eyes, and being small in stature.

Even x rays can appear to look normal with a mild form of the disease.

Dr Colin Paterson, was eventually struck off by the GMC, but was about at retiring age anyway.

But Other Paediatricians still conclude that Colin Patersons theories were right, Dr Marvin Miller and another Dr Michael Innis based in Australia still conclude Dr Pattersons theories to be valid.
