Social Care involving Child Protection is very different to England and Wales.

For one thing Legal Aid is present for both Public Law and Private Law cases, relating to Children and Families.

Social Workers and LA up there concentrate more in keeping Children with their Families.

Every Child in Scotland, have the right to advocacy without being involved with Social Services and the Family Courts.
