CHILD PROTECTION AND PSYCOLOGICAL EVIDENCE

I have had a case within the West Midlands Mum as been diagnosed with MSBP,by a Pediatrician,who has not seen the mother or children, this individual is not adequately qualified to make such a diagnosis,and the only person to make a diagnosis is a Psychiatrist.
Children are being wrongly taken into care by such actions.

im of the understanding that if you write an ofical complaint to the medical board formally complaining ref a medical person implying they are an expert in there field when there are not and without evidence to back up there theory that they can be stuck off the medical list #
!When writing said letter i would quote for an example that would be like my self a mother giving a report in an expert capacity to a judge that your views on how a ventricular septal defect should be performed , its the same situation , if judges allow this is family court we should be allowed to give our views as were not experts either !!!!
