Foster Carers can get up to £400 per week per week for each child that they foster, even more money with private Foster Care agencies, up to £700 per week for each child fostered..

Grandparents can become a partie to the Public Law Care Proceedings, and in some cases be granted Legal Aid if their savings are below the financial threshold allowed for legal aid to be granted.
