Could you please answer the following Questions with regards to this Freedom of Information request.

1, How much money has the Local Authority spent to buy this Robot? 
2, How much money has the Local Authority spent on the upkeep of this article , ie repairs, the cost of the soft wear etc? please give the financial statistics since the item was delivered and payed for? 
3. While Local Authorities are being starved of cash, resulting in Local Authority failings with regards to Social Care Why have Managers in their ivory towers think this article will benefit Service users and the work force in general?
