Action Homeless – Not The Big Snooze

Not The Big Snooze is an overnight sponsored sleep out being organised by Action Homeless in order to raise awareness about homelessness in Leicester and to raise funds for their Winter Appeal to secure emergency beds for rough sleepers all through the year – not just in sub-zero weather.

Action Homeless will give you a warm drink before you settle down in their cardboard city and a bacon butty in the morning. They are also planning some entertainment and you’ll be able to meet some of the staff and residents to find out more about what being homeless really means.
