With reference to this editorial about adoption, and the support that
these parents require, there is very little support out there for birth
parents that have been unfortunate enough to have lost their beloved
children to forced adoption.
PAIN are advising on a case of which the Local Authority have planned to put the two younger boys up for
forced adoption, but their two older siblings are being possibly
allowed to return home,to the care of their Mother, yes they have
learning difficulties.
The two children are autistic,so the LA will find it difficult to find an appropriate foster care placement, the two
younger children are easy targets for adoption placement..
The powers to be had very little medical evidence to remove the children in the first place.
There is very little thought about the long term decision, and he trauma
involved with regards to splitting the children up,and Mum may be left
with the dregs of the family court Judgment, that could leave her to
care for the two children with learning difficulties, AS THEY SAY ALL
IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD.
Value-Adoption.
