Another story that tells what power Social Services have,and the
grotesque ways in which they work to justify their actions that
resembles the era of Hitler and the Gestapo.yes a system that is based
on lies,and the misleading evidence given by the expert witnesses who
pander to the wishes of the LA,to gratify Adoption targets, all within
the secrecy of a Kangaroo Court.
I would not advise my clients to break the law and skip the Country,but there is no Justice within the
UK,when a Pediatrician is allowed to make a diagnosis of MSBP without
ever seeing the children or Mother involved. and that expert witness
was not adequately qualified to make such an assumption.
25 years ago i started my work with PAIN, during the time of Cleveland and the
Butler-Sloss inquiry,and the recommendations made,to prevent such
tragedies, but many years later we still hear of Parents not being
invited to child protection case conferences, if they cannot follow the
basic Public Law Guidelines, i hold out very little hope for
transparency within the Family Justice System.
