A few months ago i put a Freedom of Information Request into Alder Hey Children's Hospital, asking how many drug errors were they regarding Alfie Evans during his stay at AHCH.?

Alfies Parents state that there as at least been 2 drug errors, during Alfie stay at the Hospital.

AHCH refused to answer my FOI Request,stating that they would not deny, or agree that there had been any drug errors relating to Alfie Evans.

I forwarded AHCH another Freedom of Information Request, to the Hospital, asking how many drug errors had there been in the Paediatric Intensive Care unit for an allocated time scale.?

The Hospital yet again breached the allocated time scale given for FOI Requests, infact all my requests to this Hospital have breached allocated compliance time.

Clearly Alfie Evans Parents were right, with regards to their stance relating to drug errors.

VERY ALARMINGLY THERE HAVE BEEN 149 DRUG ERRORS FOR THE ALLOCATED TIMESCALE I REQUESTED.
