Once again Alder Hey Children's Hospital have breached the compliance time with regards to this Freedom of Information Request.

Eight weeks later the Trust have still not complied.

I am sure that Their Big excuse will be that their FOI Officer James Whitaker has now left the Trust.

I have now demanded an Internal Review with regards to Their Non Compliance.

Will also contact the Information Commissioner Office forthwith.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
