I have been notified via email this morning that Leicestershire County have breached the data protection act with regards to wrongly sharing my Personal Information for the second time in two years.
I have already contacted the Information Commissioner, to ask them to investigate the blatant disregard for my personal data and their abysmal breach.
Twice in two years is totally unacceptable, i have also used the LA Complaints Procedure regarding the breach.
Typically i was warned by the LA two Years ago to stop sending them Complaints or face the consequences of an injunction being served on myself.
The first breach involved the finance Department at Leicestershire County Council.
The Person responsible had sent my Brother in Law details of personal data about my CO Worker Tyrone Wright, at PAIN,
There was an investigation and Tyrone and Myself received a letter of an extreme apology.
Obviously this Investigation and the apology received was just lip Service, as they have now breached my privacy yet again, via the email i received this am.
I will now wait for the results of their investigation, as well as the Information Commissioner conclusion.
I am that angry that i am going to inform the Local Press and my County Counselor Dave Houseman.
IN MY CASE I HOPE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ABYSMAL BREACH WILL BE TAKEN TO TASK, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE INCOMPETENCE.
