It is not rocket science, with the alarmingly high rise in Care Proceeding, comes the more need for more foster carers, Social Services will not use the kincare clause in many cases, highlighted in the
Public Law Guidelines,if this was the case immediate family members
could care for children, saving the taxpayer millions of pounds.also
leaving foster placements for the children that really do need the
care, when there is no chance of using family members to carry out the
caring role

The family courts are in meltdown, due to the alarmingly high increase in care proceedings, also requiring a large waiting list for Guardians to be appointed .

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ARE BEING FAILED AS WELL AS FOSTER CARERS WHO HAVE BEEN FOSTERING YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE A PAST HISTORY OF ABUSING OTHER CHILDREN,AND THESE CARERS HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD ABOUT THEIR PAST
HISTORY, LEAVING THEIR OWN CHILDREN AT RISK..
