My thoughts.
Placing children in childrens homes instead of using foster carers is the wrong thing to do, children could languish in these institutions
for years,and it seems like the care system is like going back to the
dark days of the workhouses and Oliver Twist,can i have some more.
Children and babies should be placed into foster care at the last
resort, if the kincare clause is not an option,and the children are at
extreme risk by leaving them with their natural parents.
FOSTER CARERS DO HAVE A PLACE IN SOCIETY ONLY AT THE LAST RESORT, AS
FOR CHILDRENS HOMES IS THE ABUSE THAT TAKES PLACE IN THEM, WHICH THE
GOVERNMENT COVER UP, AS IN THE PINDOWN DEBACLE..
