Court of Appeal allows appeal over placement order after judicial analysis "fell significantly short"

There was new evidence that things had improved with reference to the Parents ability to protect the child.

The Court and Judge were relying on old psychological assessment reports.

New Psychological assessment that were done and was more up to date were being ignored by the previous Judge.

So the Parents were given permission to appeal adoption placement due to the fact that the placement order was based on old psychological assessment reports, and new psychological assessment reports on both parents were much improved.
