CRB Meeting With John Hemming MP - Birmingham 04/09/09

The meeting with John Hemming MP, regarding CRB issues was overtaken by issues, about taking Care Proceedings, where Care Orders have been granted and JFF are taking these Cases via the European Court, to get the Care Orders Discharged, or quashed and then take the Case back to the Court of appeal, for a retrial and this has apparently happened in a recent Case.
The issues regarding the CRB, will have to be taken on a individual basis, there will have to be proper documentation and evidence and a number of Cases will have to be dealt with at one time, so before anything can be done, we will have to get at least twenty Cases together.
Another way ahead, is by taking these Cases, through Early Day Motions, by the individuals own MP, Or taking all the Cases, via John Hemming MP and get him to use the dossiers and take them through an early days motion.
I will be seeking further advice from ISA. All this will take time and whether I have got time, is a matter of opinion, our ongoing cases come first.
