Well what a surprise?, Cafcass, are failing in many parts of the Country,and by more than 75% in the East, and West Midlands.

Responding poorly to increased user demand, not rocket science is it?

Increase of Care Proceedings, requires more Guardians, in the meantime our Children are left at risk of neglect,and abuse, possibly even death.

Guardians should become involved, within a week, of a case reaching the Family Court arena, the Family Court debacle will continue.

Cumbria,and Lancashire , soon it will be the whole Country.

Complaints will be the last thing on their minds, until they get their safeguarding and Child Protection backlog sorted out..

God help, the Children of the UK,and many innocent Parents will be caught up in these failings, being parted from their Children, for a longer timescale, especially over the Christmas period.

Are we really living in the 21st century?
