FOSTER CHILD DIES IN SWIMMING POOL ACCIDENT

A tragedy that should of never happened, my heart goes out to all concerned, especially the Natural Parents, we don't know the reason why these children were placed in Foster Care at the moment, but it is going to be a double tragedy for them, especially at this time of the year, just before Christmas.
A 17 month old Baby left unsupervised by a swimming pool, a disaster waiting to happen, another Local Authority statistic, rest in peace little one.
