Yes the dregs of Family Court secrecy and corruption continue to devour
innocent Parents to their misery, their crime, nothing to declare ,only
the very limited, and sometimes no evidence given by the expert
witnesses, who lie through their teeth, to sanction Local Authority's,
and their lucrative business of child stealing, resulting in Forced
Adoption,and the large amounts of money involved.
PAIN have been advising on a case of which has been in the Family Court arena for
nearly two years,and they still have not decided upon the outcome,
resulting in delay tactics, giving the greedy Solicitors more financial
rewards.
They want the Mother to have her two oldest children possibly returned to her care,one child is severely autistic,and will
not be an easy adoption placement, but their two younger siblings, both
under 4 may be ear marked for adoption, the Mothers parenting
assesments have been very positive, so there is always hope,after a
three hour professionals meeting last week,they are still undecided
about the childrens future.
A recent case in the family Court arena, was highlighted by the Judge,and was willing to name the LA, and the
bungling tactics of Social Workers, and a Pediatrician, who may also be
named.
The Judge ordered Coventry City Council to pay the Parents legal costs of 100,000 towards the family's estimated costs of almost
£400,000,
