PAIN are dealing with a case where a Social Worker, has made a diagnosis of personality disorder,and has suggested MSBP.
Social Services became involved,after staff from the child's school, made a
note that the mother was taking her daughter too see her GP, on a
regular basis.
The child's name was placed on the child protection register,and is monitored at least once a fortnight.
The most horrendous injustice about this case is that the Mother is a
Psychiatric Nurse, and the Police Social Worker,and Hospital human
resources and line manager, have had a meeting and decided that due to
the concerns,they have no choice but too suspend her for the time
being, because of the allegation being on a enhanced CRB disclosure,
she is a bank nurse, which means the work is being termed as
temporary,so she is receiving no money whats so ever.
The meeting was arranged with reference to the clients employment situation without her prior knowledge.
Social Workers are becoming Judge, jury, and now making diagnosis of
Psychiatric disorders, a very worrying time ahead, for the family
justice system.
