E.O.W is currently hosting a prize giveaway on its website. If you have
an empowering, an encouraging and or an overcoming of challenges story
or stories relating to your gender as a woman, or your roles as a
daughter, sister, mother, friend, employee and citizen then you could
be in with a chance of winning one of four great prizes, including
publishing your work through different media outlets.

1st prize: £100 Cash
2nd prize: £50 worth vouchers for Argos
3rd prize: £30 worth vouchers for books
4th prize: £20 worth free products such as shampoo

Whether it be empowering, encouraging story or something useful you
did, everyone of us has one or even more than one story or stories that
they would like to share with others- let everyone know about this, and
be in, with a great chance to win a great prize!

The time for submitting your story ends on 23 January 2011. After that
there will be a poll on the website for visitors to vote on which story
they think is the most empowering and encouraging one. This voting
lasts for a couple of weeks.

Then, the person who comes first gets first choice of the prize, second
winner second choice, and so on. There are some first rate prizes,
check it out.

Please note that: if your story is printed you get additional prizes in addition to those previously mentioned prizes.
