Family Justice Council makes recommendations on avoiding conflicts of interest using psychologist expert witnesses in cases of alleged alienation

With reference to one of our Cases a Mother was accused of causing Parental alienation by the two Girls Father.

Thus we were given ten minutes to find an independent psychologist to assess the Mother, for the so called Parental alienation.

We have a large list of independent psychologists and independent social workers to do assessments within the Family Court Arena.

So we could come up with a psychologists name that specialised in parental alienation.

The Psychological assessment report clearly stated that the Mother had no psychological traits to confirm she was capable of causing any aspects of PAS.
