.

I sadly heard on Facebook last night that Baby Isaiah Hastrup has sadly died. after the Hospital terminated his life support yesterday.

Mr Hashtrup stated on His Facebook profile that Isaiah had passed away in His arms around 8pm last night, after breathing on His own for 7 hours.
The Question will always be if their Baby had survived for 7 hours breathing on his own, would he of survived if the Hospital had weaned the Child off the ventilator very slowly.?
The Hospital medical staff, stated that Isaiah had no quality of life, but the Parents stated that their Baby responded to them in various ways.
Another awful injustice about these cases, is that civil Private Law cases do not qualify for Legal Aid, but yet if Isaiah case had involved Social Services and a section 47 investigation had taken place and the LA were instigating Care Proceedings, full Public Law Legal Aid would of been granted.
Mr Hastrup is a qualified Barrister and would of had extensive knowledge about Practice Guidelines about these kind of cases, but as acting Litigant in Person there was nothing he could do to Persuade  3 High Court Judges to give a Judgment in favour of the Parents.
Drs and Judges in this case have doomed Isaiah to death, which should of been left for God to decide, and that Parents have no real rights and voices in the decisions that medical staff make, about the time and date their child would die, and where their child would die.
Mr Hashtrup had been denied the right to see his Son on ITU, ward.
A  Hospital  Spokes person had stated that Isaiah Father had been verbally abusive to Hospital, staff, thus their decision to prevent him from seeing his critically ill child.
It has been public knowledge that if any Relatives challenge the way their loved one is being cared for ,the Hospital closes shop, and Family Members are deemed to be abusive.to prevent them from going to meetings and have no say about the final outcome.
Another recent case highlighted the power that Hospitals have..
An 11 year old Girl who has a terminal health condition, and Parents stated that they had challenged Medical Staff about strong analgesia being discontinued , due to the fact that the medication was having an adverse reaction and putting the child into liver failure.
The Parents stated that their child was screaming in pain for a large amount of the day, and youtube videos placed on facebook  by the Parents seemed to clarify their statement.
Due to the Parents challenging the Hospital about their Daughters care, the Hospital informed Social Services, the Parents had received a letter from the LA , threatening Court action and the Girl to be placed into Foster Care, if she was ever well enough to be discharged home.
How could this be in the best interest of the Child , who was basically dying in the first placed to be removed from her Parents and siblings and to die in agony.?
The LA have apologised to the Parents and said that their intervention would not be in Melody's best interest to be ripped away from her family.
The Late Charlie Gards Parents managed to get Probono legal representation for Their fight to keep their baby son on life support.
How could a Carer and Postman on a minim wage afford a massive legal bill with regards to fighting for their Parental rights, with regards to Charlie.?
Also it was stated in the Press that Chris Gard was not allowed to attend any hospital meetings regarding medical decisions made about his Son, due to his anger towards medical over the decisions made about his Son.yes i suppose they had classed him as being abusive to shut him up.
The Ministry of Justice or injustice in these cases, need to come to some decisions about allowing Legal Aid to be granted in these kind of tragic cases.
Another case regarding Baby Alfie , and his Parents and the Hospitals decision to terminate his life support continues and has now gone to the ECHR.
The Parents in this case, have had to set up a donation site to get the finances to enable them to get legal representation to challenge the Hospital decision to terminate their Sons life support within the High Court arena.
Another child deemed to die via the Medical staff and Judges that have already made a Judgment within the High Court that Alfie will now face a death sentence.
A VERY VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS,
