So the Parents of Baby Isaiah who sadly died last night are allegedly taking action against the Hospital for damages. .

Baby Isaiah brain damage was the fault of medical failings during his birth. 

The Family have launched a separate Legal action against for alleged clinical negligence.

.Isaiah' Parents state that the brain damage was the fault of medical failings during his birth    

I wish Isaiah Parents all the luck in the world for their endeavor  to get some form of justice for themselves and their beloved Son, as they state that the brain damage was put down to the incompetence of the Medical Staff at the time of Isaiah birth..
