If a Person is on ESA for Alcohol related problems,and there money all of a sudden has been stopped, awaiting appeal the Perpetrator needs to get money for their fix, they would automatically ask their Parent if they have got any money at hand, and if they say no, that is when domestic violence would occur, and i have dealt with loads of cases where this has been the problem.

If Parents loose their benefits awaiting tribunal and they have Children to care for, frustration could very easily set in, resulting in episodes of Domestic violence, because of financial worries.
