How rap therapy workshops help foster children tell stories

It is a pity that Local Authority cannot use this money to work with Families to keep them together, but instead they use Foster Care, millions of pounds wasted at the tax payers expense, when they could use this money to try and use the Kincare Clause by placing a Child with an immediate Family Member such as Grandparents, before putting a child and using the more expensive option.

This money could also be spent better being put into Social Care with regards to Local Authority failings in general.

I wonder how many of these Children have been lost in the care system and have gone missing while in Local Authority care every year?
