If a Child is on and end of Life pathway, and stops breathing, the Hospital do not have any obligation whatsoever to intervene.

Alfie would have had a DO NOT RESUSCITATE PLAN, AS WELL if he had of had a cardiac arrest the Medical Staff would not have intervened either.

So very very sad for the Parents to have to decide to try CPR OFF THEIR OWN BACK, possible thinking that the Medical staff would intervene.

As for seeing Alfie face in a cloud in the sky, i will not speculate.
