MY ESA MEDICAL REPORT, CANNOT READ MOST OF IT-LAUGHABLE BUT NOT AT ALL FUNNY

I had an ESA F2F  Assessment several weeks ago, a home visit.

The DR seemed to be one of the best assessors that i had dealt with, in my many years of long term illness and dealing with the DWP  and the Companies that carry out work related and PIP Assessments for them.

I have already blogged about my PIP Assessment and i now have the OT that did that Assessment facing a fitness to practice hearing with regards to the HCPC.

As soon as the DR arrived to do the Consultation , i was aware that he was not doing the usual thing, tapping into a computer.

He was filling in the forms by hand.

I contacted Maximus about this issue, but she stated that it was fine for an Assessor to fill all the paperwork by hand.

Having looked at the Medical report assessment today, TOTAL DISMAY.

I could not read more than half the report due to the DRs very poor writing.

I telephoned the DWP, who stated that the Decision Maker had now received the report, and would soon make a decision.

The DWP did not seem to be interested in my Complaint, i stated if i could not read the DRs writing she the decision maker would have difficulties as well.

I stated to the DWP that if my Claim had to go for reconsideration or tribunal , i would be unable to submit a skeleton argument due to the very poor writing concluded in the whole assessment report.

The bits that i could read was in my favour.

Will now wait for the decision.

MANY PERSONS HAVE ALREADY STATED THAT THEY HAD NEVER EVER SEEN A REPORT LIKE THE ONE I RECEIVED.
