SANDWELL SOCIAL SERVICES FAIL THEIR OFSTED SAFEGUARRDING INSPECTION-SERIOUS CONCERNS

I am really beginning to despair, in regards to so many Local Authority Social Services Departments failing in their safeguarding abilities to protect vulnerable children.
And now Sandwell County Council has received the lowest statistics in 13 out of 15, of its duties in protecting the most vulnerable in our society.
There has been no improvement in their failings from three years ago.
Seriously i am sure a bunch of five year olds could do a better job, than a bunch of incompetent idiots that doing their jobs now.
The morale of junior members of staff must be very low, with the management team being paid large amounts of the taxpayer’s money and their performance is being rated as low.
Corporate Parent Sandwell Council leader Darren Cooper, states there would be rapid improvements made.
The Director of children’s services Roger Crouch resigned last month, due to his debacle of a performance of shoddy practice, I dare say he has been given a fat cat compensation reward for his efforts, while leaving children at risk and in other cases, children wrongly taken into care.
