How many Serious Case Reviews do they need to have? wasting millions of pounds at the Tax payers expense.

How lessons can be learned from Local Authority failings, leading to the death of a child..

Failures like the Baby Peter tragedy, the recent case where an adoptive Father was charged and jailed for the murder of Baby Elsie.

The Child was seen by many Social Workers, Health Visitor, and GP, the Child had bruising all over her body, with also fractures, but the so called Professionals failed to document and act on the bruising, RESULT ANOTHER BABY HAS DIED AND FALLEN THROUGH THE NET, BY GROSS MULTI DISCIPLINARY FAILINGS.

THEY WILL NEVER LEARN BY PAST MISTAKES.
