MY THOUGHTS
As long as the children are not named, and they are accredited journalists like Camilla Cavendish, Cassandra Jardine,i think there should be no problems.
All accredited journalists will have great insight into how to conduct themselves professionally within the family court arena.
With the journalists being present, it should encourage good practice by Social Workers, Guardians, and the expert medical witnesses.
Lately with journalists being allowed into the family courts, several Judgments have gone in favor of the Parents.
In the High Court last week Brian Morgan a freelance journalist, took a bid to the RCJ, to publicize a sheer case of injustice, with regards to a mother, who was diagnosed by a Paediatrician, who stated that she had MSBP, evidence given without ever seeing the parents or children involved.
This professional was not adequately qualified to tender such an assumption.
Judgment, the journalist can publish the case, without naming the children.
Any bad practice with regards to the journalist involved, identifying the children should be dealt with accordingly.
Yes allow them into the court, and end the veil of secrecy
