MY THOUGHTS
Yes give them two weeks notice for inspections, so that the powers to be can see from reality how things are being done? if things are of correct standard, and if there are any short falls,any problems can be nipped in the bud.
Eight weeks, gives them a chance to get all their short falls and every day shoddy practice in order,and will be missed, possibly giving them a higher score than they should have.
