The quicker older people get out of hospital, the less likely they’ll end up in residential homes or back on a ward

THAT IS IF YOU CAN GET THEM HOME IN THE FIRST PLACE.

THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME.

AN OLD LADY WAS SENT HOME IN A TAXI WITH MY HUSBAND, IT IS NOT THE TAXI DRIVERS JOB TO MAKE SURE SHE GETS INSIDE SAFELY,

There is a heavy criteria to get an ambulance, she must of fallen in the category of being frail in the first place.

No ambulance turned up, she was forced in a taxi to get home, like my Husband who is also not very good on his feet, and was put into the same taxi, to be cared for by the taxi driver, it sucks,
