The anonymity of Social Workers are being kept under wraps, within the family court arena, so they will be free to carry on giving conflicting evidence, to support their actions.

Expert Witnesses, such has Psychologists and other professionals will be named and put under scrutiny, but to my knowledge children are still being wrongly removed by the evidence given in
reports, in one case I am
advising on, a Paediatrician diagnosed a mother with MSBP, this individual is
not adequately qualified to make such a diagnosis, but at the time, the family
were about to be ripped apart, all three siblings were to be split up and
placed with separate foster carers.

Incredibly this case was won with the sheer professionalism of the children’s panel Solicitors involved..
