Welfare Advice Services Review

The Leicester City Council are reviewing advice services in Leicester that are commissioned and provided by the Council. The Council want to make sure that the future commissioning strategy provides high quality cost effective advice services that meets both the needs of people in Leicester and is responsive to the fast changing economic conditions.

Your involvement in this process is valuable and there is a questionnaire that the Council hope you will complete to let them know your views. The closing date to complete the questionnaire is 13 February 2011. In the questionnaire you will be asked if you wish to take part in a future consultation event at which we will feed back the findings of the review to date.

Current users of advice services are being asked separately for their views however if you have contact with someone who you think might be interested in giving their opinion on advice service please direct them to this questionnaire as the Council be happy to hear from them:
