YOUTH JUSTICE BOARD ORDERED TO MAKE ITS FINDINGS PUBLIC

For once a report into the restraint of children by the Youth Justice Board has been made public, by a complaint made by the Information Commissioner.
It is in the Public's best interest to divulge such due to the pain that could be inflicted by using these techniques..
The Youth Justice Board have just 36 days to implement this clause, which could improve health and safety,and prevent injury to children and young people.
