High Court dismisses challenge to decision by Education Secretary not to ban placements of 16 and 17 year olds in unregulated accommodation

So our MPs and Government Minister have been refused by the High Court not to ban placing Children that are in the Care of the Local Authority and have been placed in unregulated Children's Homes.

Another disaster waiting to happen, children running away from children's homes, and become a statistic of the amount of children in Local Authority Care that go missing while being placed into the UK Care system.

These children could go on to be trafficked for the purpose of sex and criminal activities.
