The Children were placed into Local Authority Care, because of Mothers mental health problems and substance abuse, it is alleged.

Things have improved with regards to Mums mental health condition, so the Judge has given permission for the mother to try and revoke the placement order.

I always advise our service users to enrol themselves on parenting courses off their own back and also self refer for CBT counselling with their local provider, thus new evidence to put forward to the Court, and it has worked out very positive with regards to our advice given.
